We do not run or report credit to any of the 3 major credit bureaus. We do run and report credit to National databases including but not limited to Clarity and Factor Trust.

We issue loans in accordance with the Tribe’s Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Code and we are licensed under Tribal law. Willow Lake Lending is not subject to State law, but rather applicable tribal and federal law, and is not required to be licensed within your State. You may view our Tribal license on our website.

To apply for a loan, you need to be at least 18 years old, not currently involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, and be able to provide us with verifiable contact information, income, and an active checking account.

At Willow Lake Lending, you can pay off your loan at any time without penalty. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your pay off date. To make an early payment, please contact our Customer Care Team at least three business days before your next payment is due at (855) 857-5253.

Willow Lake Lending can make an Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) from your bank account. This is the quickest and easiest method of making your loan payments. Other payment methods such as debit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders are also accepted. Your loan agreement includes a detailed payment schedule with amounts and due dates. Willow Lake Lending strongly encourages you to pay off your loan early without penalties. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your payoff date. If you wish to pay off your loan early, please call us at least three business days prior to your next scheduled payment date. Our customer care team is available at (855) 857-5253 to assist you in paying off your loan or to answer any questions about the terms of your loan and/or payment schedule.

Our loan process is fast and easy. Once you fill out your online loan application, we will send you an email about your application status. Loan application information may be subject to verifications prior to finalizing the loan application process. If the loan application is approved we will send you your Loan Agreement. You are required to review and agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Loan Agreement, prior to electronically signing. Funds from Willow Lake Lending are usually deposited as soon as the next business day after your loan application is approved. Weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days. Some loans may be eligible for free same-day funding if approved Mon-Fri by 2:00pm Central Time*. For expedited funding inquiries call our Customer Care Team at (855) 857-5253.

For most customers, your funds will be deposited in your bank account as soon as the next business day after your application has been processed and approved. You can request same-day funding if your application is reviewed and approved by 2:00 p.m. Central Time*. For loans that are processed on weekends or bank holidays, your funds will be available as soon as the next business day (weekends and bank holidays are not considered a business day). To help the funding process go as quickly as possible, keep an eye out for your confirmation emails as they may contain important information about the status of your loan. Check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox.

Funds from Willow Lake Lending are usually deposited as soon as the next business day after your loan application is approved. Weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days. The actual deposit time may depend on the processing schedule and policies of your individual bank. If your funds have not been deposited as soon as the next business day, we recommend checking your loan agreement to verify that your routing number and account numbers are correct. If the banking information on your loan agreement is incorrect, please call our Customer Care Team at (855) 857-5253. You may cancel this loan and your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 5:00 pm Central Time of the second business day immediately following the disbursement Date (“Cancellation Deadline”). Your Disbursement Date is the Loan Agreement Date on your Loan Document. This may not be the same date that your financial institution makes the funds available to you. If you would like to cancel your loan, please call us as soon as possible at (855) 857-5253. If the cancellation deadline passes, you can still pay off your loan early without penalties. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your payoff date. APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the annual rate charged for borrowing money, expressed as a single percentage number that represents the actual yearly cost of funds over the term of a loan. APR was designed to allow consumers the ability to evaluate a loan product over the course of a full year or 365 days, but we offer small installment loans that are designed to be paid between 10 to 18 months (term of the loan may vary). APR may vary for a number of reasons. Remember, this is an expensive form of borrowing and is not intended to be a long-term financial solution.

There are many factors that go into determining the APR %. This is an expensive form of credit, therefore we encourage customers to pay off their loans as soon as possible. Your loan agreement has specific details regarding payment amounts, payment dates, rates (APR), and specific fee information. Your loan agreement is available to review and download at any time during the life of your loan by logging in to your account at members.willowlakelending.com.

Willow Lake Lending uses many factors to determine your loan amount eligibility. The loan amounts we have available for qualified borrowers range from $200 to $3,000. Maximum loan amount is $3,000 for first-time customers. Not everyone will qualify for the maximum loan amount.

Willow Lake Lending provides consumer Installment Loans. An installment loan is a type of loan where you borrow a set amount of money and repay the loan over a fixed period of time with regularly scheduled payments called installments. Payments are typically scheduled based on your pay frequency. Payments are typically scheduled based on your pay frequency. The term of the loan may vary but is typically 10-18 months. You can pay off your loan at any time without penalty. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your pay off date. Willow Lake Lending only accepts traditional valid checking accounts that are registered under your name. We do not accept prepaid card accounts.

If you would like to make a payment before your due date, please contact our Customer Care Team at (855) 857-5253 at least three business days before your next payment is scheduled.

At Willow Lake Lending, we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you cannot make the payment on your payment due date, then contact our Customer Care Team at least three business days before your next payment is scheduled at (855) 857-5253, and we will work with you to find a solution.

If you need to change the date of your loan payment(s), please contact our Customer Care team at (855) 857-5253 at least three business days before your next payment is scheduled.

In most cases the installment payment schedule on our loans are generated to match your pay frequency.

Your loan documents are accessible at any time by logging in to your account at members.willowlakelending.com.

If you have moved or relocated and need to update your address on file, please contact our Customer Care Team at (855) 857-5253.

To update your banking information, contact our Customer Care Team at (855) 857-5253. We request that banking information changes be submitted at least three business days before your payment due date for the upcoming payment to be processed using the updated banking information provided. If the banking information changes are not submitted within at least three business days prior to your payment due date, the upcoming payment may not be processed using the updated banking information, but all future payments will process using the updated banking information provided.
